All menus (except Big Island Hawaiian BBQ) include a choice of two sides: green salad, creamy potato salad, pasta pesto salad, fruit salad, world famous BBQ beans, Mediterranean rice salad, Caesar salad, corn cobbetts with garlic butter, or our signature spicy cole slaw. The per person price includes, disposable plates and cutlery, buffet table and linen, service equipment, paper napkins, and staff. All prices are subject to 17% service charge (to cover insurance, administration and transport) and applicable taxes. Quoted prices are based on 50-100 people.
