Gold Standard Catering’s cuisine is all handmade with a Southern California influence served in an elegant, but non-fussy manner. Our flavors are big and bold, and we believe in using only the freshest, finest ingredients that are locally sourced whenever possible and letting their natural flavors show through. Our main culinary influences are American Classic and Contemporary, Mediterranean, and Mexican with an emphasis on grilling and BBQ, though we have experience in cooking just about any cuisine.
